Heather Locklear

  Heather Deen Locklear (born September 25, 1961) is an American actress who is famous for her portrayal of Amanda Woodward on Melrose Place (1993-1999) and for which she won four consecutive Golden Globe nominations for Best Actress - Television Series Drama. She is also known for her role as Sammy Jo Carrington on Dynasty between 1981 and 1989. It was her first television appearance that ushered in a long-term partnership with producer Aaron Spelling.



 Other notable TV roles include the role of the officer Stacy Sheridan in T. J. Hooker (1982-1986), as well as Caitlin Moore's part on Spin City (1999-2002), where she was nominated for Best Actress – Television Series Musical/Comedy. In 2013, she was a recurring character on TV Land's sitcom Hot in Cleveland, and she played a prominent role on TNT's drama-comedy television show Franklin and Bash. Her film roles include the science-fiction thriller Firestarter (1984), Money Talks (1997) and Looney Tunes: Back in Action ((2003)).
